How do I return my rental SNOO?

Once your little one has graduated from SNOO and you're ready to return, fill out this form here

You can also contact the Happiest Baby Customer Care team for assistance at customercare@happiestbaby.com. You will be provided with a pre-paid return label to print and adhere to your rental packaging. 

Once your unit is returned and inspected, you will be refunded a security deposit (if paid for one) & any unused days. Please note, refunds may take between 5-7 business days to reflect on your billing statement. 

 

Note: You are responsible for any damage to SNOO related to inadequate packaging. Use of packaging not approved by Happiest Baby—or improper use of packaging provided by Happiest Baby—may result in severe damage to the product during shipping.
